- Beresponsible for the efficient and profitable day-to-day operation of the bar(s), supervise the service delivery performance process; and handle properly any incidents happened in work.

- Be responsible for the ordering and control of beverage stocks

- Supervise all bar stars, monitor performance and ensure that staff at all times deliver high quality guest service

- Maintain equipment and amenity in good condition in order to deliver high standard in quality service.

- Supervise and manage safe cash handling techniques: collect payments, process sales record by registry correctly.

- Provide bar service at other establishments in the hotel as necessary.

- Monitor, clean and tidy of assigned areas during operating hours

- Ensure that bar operations comply with all the statutory requirements including Health and Safety at Work Act

- Be duty manager on rotation basis

- Support other supervisors and FB service staff at peak times and to undertake any operational duties which might be reasonably required, to ensure customer expectations are met

- University degree or related certificate.- Minimum 3 years of experience at equivalent position 4 or 5 star hotel/resort.- Strong leadership, training and organizatioanal skills.- Good english skills (other foreign lanuages) is an advantage.
